I just wanted to share my thoughts...

My mother was slowly dieing over a 9 month period in Alabama.

I can't remember how many times I drove that lonely trip between Tampa and Montgomery while listening to the Rookie...stopping only for gas and to cry.

YOU helped me get through one of the hardest times in my life, and I will forever be a grateful fan.

I wish I could help somehow...

I will not pray for you, because I know your feelings about God...

Just know that you have a lot of friends out here...and wish we could do something to help.

We'd love to send so many damn flowers, that the staff would beg  for you to stop.

Just give an address...

Just give us the hospital name...

We'll call 1-800 Flowers and bring down the house.

Things go wrong and that is how we learn

I understand, I went through something I hope my fellow junkies never have to go through. In my case, it was the youngest of my little brothers who was taken suddenly and mercilessly by cancer. It tortures you when you start to realize all the things you never said to the loved one that went away, just because you wrongfully think you have all the time of the world to do it later.

We will wait Scott.

...but there have been fifteen years of research about group prayer/meditation done at specific times. And towards certain places one needs the well wishs to go. Say, around the specific time of surgery on a patient. Some say its tempory bending of concincual*ms) realtiy. Some say its a religious mircale. If the idea does not affend please let me/us know.
